No, we do not use cold-chain shipping for any of the products we supply.
Cold-chain shipping is not required because peptides and HGH remain stable at normal shipping temperatures for the duration of standard transit. Our shipping methods are designed to keep products within temperature ranges that preserve their quality and effectiveness.
During warmer months, we may prioritize brands that can be delivered within 2–4 days to further minimize transit time. Throughout the rest of the year, ambient temperatures remain suitable for maintaining the integrity of peptides, including HGH.
In some cases, customs processing and required documentation may affect delivery times. These factors are outside our control and are unrelated to product quality or storage conditions.
HGH is best stored at 35–46°F, in line with standard manufacturer recommendations.
That said, temporary storage at room temperature is generally safe for short periods. Depending on the manufacturer, HGH can typically remain stable at room temperature for up to 3 weeks without affecting its functionality.
